Using the highest quality grains available and the traditional stone milling system, we can grind wheat at slow speeds to prevent the excessive heat that comes with other processes and kills the natural vitamins and minerals. We only slightly sift our flour to ensure a superior consistency, texture and size for our customers.

Our flour contains all parts of the grain: the germ, bran and endosperm. Each carries a number of health benefits; however, you need all three to get the full goodness. Typical refined white flour contains only the endosperm — starch — and can cause digestion problems.
